About Sahodaya

Sahodaya is a concept which literally means “rising together”. It means to facilitate synergy of ideas among the schools of CBSE for excellence in education . Sahodaya School’s Complexes is a group of neighbourhood schools voluntarily coming together to share their innovative practices in all aspects of school education including curriculum design ,evaluation , pedagogy and also providing support services for teachers & students . It is a unique platform for schools to share their experience and work jointly for scholastic & co-scholastic excellence.
CBSE Sahodaya an interactive platform organizes seminars , conferences in various cities of India for Principals & head of institution to deliberate upon different policies and guidelines of the board and provide effective feedback on their implementation to establish new bench mark of qualities.
Lucknow Sahodaya makes a constant endeavour to involve the entire educational fraternity for exploring avenues and providing a platform for honoring and exploring the talents of students in the literary, cultural, IT related and sports etc. Inter school.
The professional growth of teachers is also initiated through in service workshops and training sessions. Workshops are organized by the empanelled agencies of CBSE. The teachers of various CBSE affiliated schools of the city and nearby areas able to avail peer learning opportunities providing a platform for new ideas and methodologies to emerge.
  1. Refresher workshop on CCE were organized time to time in which clear and comprehensive directives, guidelines and procedures are specified especially for new teachers and upcoming schools.
  2. Training workshop for principals on remodeled structure of assessment. Around 150 principals of various CBSE affiliated schools of the city and nearby areas attended this workshop.
  3. Teachers workshop on subject enrichment and internal assessment were held to apprise the teachers about revised assessment structure of examination introduced by CBSE w.e.f. 2017-18 onwards.
The Sahodaya School’s complex, Lucknow has provided the lead for health promotion as a major initiative. To further this nobel objective, it ha sbeen regularly organizing health check up and well being awareness camps for Sahodaya member schools in the month of April and May every year. The Sahodaya Get Together every once a year provides a platform for Principals/Chairmen/Managers of CBSE affiliated schools of Lucknow and nearby areas to come together sharing their expertise & innovations thus enriching learning experience of student fraternity. Eminent guests are invited as chief guests.
